Terms of use

The rules of the game.

Last updated: 21 June 2026

By using FavUp, you accept these terms. We’ve written them simply, without needless jargon. FavUp is published by AZCA (SASU).

1. The service

FavUp lets you create, keep and share lists of places and favourites, with ratings and comments. The service is provided “as is” and may evolve.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and the activity on it. Keep your credentials safe. You must be at least 13 to use FavUp.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the lists and reviews you publish. By making them public, you allow us to display them in the app and via the share links you generate. You are responsible for what you publish.

Zero tolerance

4. User-generated content

No tolerance for illegal, hateful, harassing or defamatory content, sexually explicit content involving minors, or anything infringing others’ rights. Any reported content is reviewed, and we remove without notice whatever violates these rules, with suspension or deletion of the account in case of repeat or severity. You can report content directly from the app.

5. Prohibited uses

No spam, automated scraping, attempts to breach the security of the service, or impersonation. We reserve the right to limit or suspend any abusive access.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

FavUp is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, AZCA cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Content published by users is the sole responsibility of its authors.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes, we’ll let you know (in the app or by email). By continuing to use FavUp, you accept the current version.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
